The Government of India has published the Draft National Data Governance Framework Policy for consultations [“NDGFP” or “Draft Policy”]. The Draft Policy seeks to utilize non-personal datasets and/or anonymized datasets of Indian citizens to realize the full potential of the data-driven economy in which India finds itself.
