We are at the climax of a regime change on intermediary liability with the Intermediaries Guidelines (Amendment) Rules, 2018 anticipated to be notified in mid-January, 2020. Having this as a backdrop, SFLC.IN intends to host a round-table discussion in Hyderabad on intermediary liability on the 20^th December, 2019.
