Vaishali Verma completed her B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi in 2015. She pursued her LL.M. in Cyber Law and Cyber Security from National Law University, Jodhpur in 2016. She is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi and is UGC-NET qualified. Her areas of interest include Cyber Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law and Criminal Law. She has participated and been a speaker at multiple national and international conferences, seminars and panels. At SFLC, she has been involved in litigation as well as research and policy work, with special focus on Freedom of Speech and Expression, Access, Privacy and Data Protection.
