Shobhit Chaudhry is a lawyer working with SFLC.in with his work being focused on range of issues including encryption, intermediary liability, software patents, internet governance, network neutrality and promotion of FOSS. Prior to joining SFLC, he has worked with Singh & Singh Lall & Sethi, wherein he was involved with different facets of intellectual property prosecution, litigation & enforcement. He has also worked with AIESEC, world's largest youth-run organization and international platform for leadership development, cross-cultural interactions and global volunteer exchange.

Shobhit earned his B.A.LL.B. from Army Institute of Law in 2015. He is enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Delhi  and is empaneled as an IP Facilitator under the government's Start Ups Intellectual Property Protection (SIPP) scheme.
